We have thousands of formulas that can be used as-is or as a starting point. 

What kind of packaging is available and what are your minimums?
Below 25,000 pieces, you have to choose from “stock” components.  The more interesting or custom packaging starts with orders of 25,000 and up.

How many employees do you have?
Seventeen full time employees and a part time staff when needed.

Can I buy product from you in bulk?
Yes, product can be shipped out in 5 gallon buckets or 55 gallon drums with a minimum batch size of 300 gallons.

What is the minimum run size?
Generally speaking, the answer is 5,000 units with some exceptions. Please call and we can better answer your question.

How big is your facility?
We are located in a 31,000 square foot building on 4.5 acres.

Where are you located?
Power Line is located 12 miles north of Philadelphia, 1 mile from the junction of Route 76, (Schuylkill expressway) 476 (the Blue Route) and 276 (PA Turnpike) in Plymouth Township, Pa.

What are your terms?
Net 30 days, FOB Power Line Packaging upon credit approval. 

Are you an FDA registered facility?
Yes, we have been registered with the FDA since 2002.

Why do I need an FDA registered facility?
If you want to produce an OTC drug product then you need a facility that is FDA registered to do so.  Some examples of OTC’s include sunscreens, antibacterial hand gels and acne medications.  Any other product that is applied to a consumer’s hands, lips or skin should be manufactured to the highest standards; otherwise you are risking your business and reputation. 

What products qualify as an over the counter (OTC) drug product?
